It is understood that the basic charging and replacement equipment currently in use in China is divided into two types, one is the charging and replacement power station, and the other is the decentralized public charging pile, including the DC fast charging pile and the AC slow charging pile, which are used for the daily charging and temporary power supply demand of electric vehicles.  Recently, after nearly three years of tackling key problems, South China Grid Hainan Power Grid Company has built a set of coordinated operation control system for electric vehicles and power grids, and built a provincial smart electric vehicle charging service network.

After the explosive growth of electric vehicles in the future, when multiple quick-charging piles are charged at the same time, how to coordinate the operation between the distribution transformer with smaller capacity and the charging pile is not

It is a key problem for the system to deal with the load cell when it is overloaded or even overloaded.

It is reported that the system can monitor the operation of the charging pile, charging load and other information, separate the monitoring data of the distribution transformer, and stop the orderly control of the charging load.  When the distribution transformer is in an overload state, the system will give a overload alarm to ensure the safe operation of the transformer, and introduce new charging initiatives to users.

The implementation of charging pile needs to deal with many technical problems

In the current application of the sensor technology of the charging pile, the electric broadcast sensor, as an electric quantity measuring element, plays an important role in monitoring the charging process and ensuring the charging safety.  The electric broadcast sensor in the charging pile can accurately stop measuring the current on the key system links, timely detect and report the internal abnormal leakage and other conditions, so as to prevent the occurrence of safety accidents.  In addition, the telecast sensor can also be used for the accurate measurement of vehicle charging capacity, so as to show the user's reference and stop charging charge calculation.

In addition, in addition to the need to vigorously promote the development of electric vehicles, the establishment and improvement of relevant supporting equipment is also urgent.  Among them, as an energy supply equipment, the charging pile has the situation of accident due to its deflection and overturning.  Therefore, it is necessary to introduce the inclination sensor module to stop measuring the electric pile status.


Because the rare charged piles are often left unattended, and the driver's driving skills are mixed, it may cause collision with the nearby piles during parking and charging.  The electric pile is likely to tilt due to this, which will affect the later charging application.  The participation of the inclination sensor module can monitor the upright of the charging pile.  Once the electric pile inclines excessively, the power supply can be cut off in time to prevent the occurrence of safety accidents.

Safety is the hard indicator of charging pile

At the end of 2015, the relevant ministries and commissions of the Chinese government, in combination with the release of the newly revised five national standards for the charging interface and communication protocol of electric vehicles, dealt with the problem of nonuniformity of charging interface, which has attracted the attention of the market.  The newly revised specifications have been implemented since January 1, 2016, which will unify and mutually compatible the specifications of the load cell and the charging pile, opening up greater space and potential for the healthy development of the electric vehicle market.

Since the working voltage and current of the charging pile have reached a very high level, ensuring the safety of the charging process is also a challenge for the design and implementation of the charging pile.  The foundation of safety lies in the communication between the charging pile and the battery management system (BMS).  According to the rules of Communication Protocol between Off-board Conductive Charger and Battery Management System of Electric Vehicle, CAN2.0B communication protocol is adopted for the communication between charging pile and battery management system, and the communication rate is 250kbs.  Because BMS is used to detect the current, voltage and temperature during the battery charging process, the communication between the charging pile and the battery management system is critical for the management and safety of the charging process.  In order to prevent communication interference, the communication interface is independent of the assembly control system.  In the design of charging pile, it is also necessary to consider the functions of charging interface temperature monitoring, electronic lock, insulati
